Shipping Policy.

How fast we ship, how we ship, what it costs, and what happens when something goes wrong on the way to you.

Where We Ship

ALLTORC ships across the West Coast and Mid-West out of our Burbank, California facility. Beyond that footprint we ship across the rest of the United States and US territories on request. International shipping is handled case by case for established trade customers and freight forwarders. Contact us before placing an international order so we can confirm export controls, freight options, and lead times.

Lead Times

Lead time depends on whether the item is in stock, whether calibration is required, and whether the item is custom or engineered-to-order.

Stocked Items

Same-day dispatch from Burbank for orders placed and confirmed by 12 noon Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Same-day applies to standard catalogue items. Calibration adds 24 to 48 hours typically.

Calibration

Tools requiring calibration before shipment add 1 to 2 working days under standard service. Express calibration is available on request for outage-critical work, subject to availability.

Custom & Engineered Items

Lead times for custom reaction arms, special sockets, and engineered kits are quoted on the order. Typical ranges are 3 to 8 weeks depending on complexity, materials, and treatment.

Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Standard service options include:

  • UPS Ground / FedEx Ground for routine deliveries
  • UPS Next Day Air / FedEx Priority Overnight for outage and turnaround support
  • LTL freight for large or palletised orders
  • Customer pickup from the Burbank facility, by appointment

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at quote based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level selected. We use carrier rates with a minimum handling charge applied. For free or discounted shipping promotions, see the conditions of the specific promotion.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number(s) when the order is dispatched. For freight shipments the bill of lading number is included. If you have not received tracking within 24 hours of expected dispatch, contact us.

International Shipping

International orders are quoted individually and may require:

  • Export classification (ECCN) confirmation
  • End-user statements for restricted destinations
  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Country-of-origin certification

Customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Lead times depend on destination, freight method, and customs.

Damaged Or Lost Shipments

Inspect the package on arrival. If a package arrives visibly damaged, refuse delivery if possible and note the damage on the carrier's delivery note. If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and the contents.

For lost shipments, contact us once the carrier's tracking shows the package as undeliverable or significantly delayed. We will work with the carrier to trace, replace, or refund as appropriate.
