Critical Joint Tightening
Bolt-by-bolt torque or tension to the joint specification. Witness reports, audit-ready documentation, sign-off at the joint.

Turnaround Support
Pre-staged kits, on-site calibration, and engineering cover for the duration of the outage. Day shift, night shift, or both.

Application Engineering
For non-standard joints (corroded, oversize, restricted access) we spec the right tool and the right approach before the work starts.

Training & Witness
Train your crew on the tools and the joint, then witness execution. The crew leaves competent, the records leave complete.

Site Survey
We walk the job. Bolt list, access constraints, environmental conditions, schedule. Output: a kit list and a manning plan.

Quote
Day-rate or project-rate, with the kit list, mobilisation, calibration cover, and any contingency for the unknowns.

Mobilise
Tools calibrated and packed. Engineers briefed. PPE checked. We arrive when you tell us to, ready to work.

Execute
Bolt by bolt, joint by joint, with values recorded as we go. Variances flagged immediately, not at the end-of-shift report.

Sign Off
Documented records issued before we leave site. Photos where useful. Audit trail handed to your QA function.
