What We Make

When Stock
Will Not Do.

01
Custom Reaction Arms
Reaction arms designed for the joint geometry, drawn, manufactured, heat-treated, and load-tested. Stamped with serial and torque rating.
02
Special Sockets & Drives
Non-standard impact sockets, deep wells, twelve-points, oversize hex, and proprietary drive interfaces. Made from impact-rated alloys, hardened and tempered.
03
Engineered Kits
Pre-staged outage kits, modular bolt-up kits, vendor-specific kits with named SKUs, sockets, and consumables. Calibration certs and packing list included.
04
Application Engineering
When the bolt is the problem and the tool is the question, our engineering team specifies the approach. Drawings, tooling lists, and bolt-load calcs supplied.
How A Custom Job Runs

Spec, Sample,
Production.

01
Spec
You send the joint, the constraint, or the photo of the existing tool. We send back the question list. Output: a written spec sheet.
02
Design
Drawings, FEA where relevant, materials, treatments, and a load case. You approve before we cut anything.
03
Sample
A first-off goes through inspection and load testing. You see the report. You approve the production run.
04
Production
Manufactured to the approved drawings. Serialised, certified, calibrated where applicable, and packed for the way you work.
05
Support
Drawings and certs archived against the serial. Any future part remakes, rebuilds, or repairs reference the same approved spec.

Send Us
The Scope.

An application engineer reads it, scopes the work, and quotes the right configuration. Usually within the working day.
