How It Works

In, Fixed,
Out.

01
Diagnose
Tool comes in, gets logged, stripped, and assessed. We tell you what is wrong, what it costs, and how long it takes.
02
Quote
No surprises. You approve the work in writing before any chargeable repair starts. Loan tool offered while you decide.
03
Repair
OEM parts where possible, equivalent quality where not. Full rebuild or targeted fix, your call once you have the quote.
04
Calibrate
Anything that reads torque or pressure gets recalibrated against NIST-traceable transducers. Fresh certificate.
05
Return
Packed, shipped, and the loaner returns when your tool is back in your hands. Repair history logged for warranty traceability.
