Hydraulic Torque Wrenches
Square drive and low-clearance hydraulic wrenches with the pumps that drive them. Through-the-pump or transducer-on-the-tool, your call.

Pneumatic, Battery & Electric
RAD, E-RAD, and equivalents from across the manufacturers. Calibrated against the multi-point profile the tool design supports.

Manual & Click-Type Wrenches
Click-type, beam, dial, and digital torque wrenches across all manufacturers. ISO 6789-compliant procedures.

Multipliers & Pressure Gauges
Torque multipliers calibrated through the gear ratio. Hydraulic pressure gauges and electronic transducers up to 30,000 PSI with multi-point data.
In The Workshop

Six Steps
To Cert.

Receive
Tool arrives, gets logged against the work order, unique calibration ID assigned.

Inspect
Visual check, mechanical condition, signs of overload or damage. Anything outside our ability to calibrate is flagged before charges accrue.
03
Adjust
If the tool drifts outside specification, we adjust to within tolerance where the tool design allows. Otherwise repair quote.
04
Verify
Multi-point calibration on transducers traceable to NIST. Five increments minimum across the working range.
05
Certify
Signed certificate with as-found and as-left readings, environmental conditions, transducer serials, and uncertainty.
06
Return
Packed, shipped back, calibration ID logged so the recall reminder reaches you before the next due date.
